What Can Be Reported 

You are encouraged to report: 

• Fraud, corruption, or theft 

• Harassment, discrimination, or abuse 

• Conflicts of interest or misuse of resources 

• Violations of laws, policies, or donor guidelines 

• Any behavior that undermines our mission or values 

How to Report 

Reports can be made confidentially through our designated email address – reportconcerns@efina.org.ng  

Protection for Whistleblowers 

We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith. All reports will be handled with discretion, and appropriate action will be taken following investigation. 

Commitment to Action 

Every report is taken seriously and will be promptly investigated. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, EFInA commits to implementing corrective measures.
